B52-Technologies, Russia Programmer, Lead programmer. I developed a bunch of WEB-based applications and subsystems for CA-based hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, medical groups, IPAs etc. First as a programmer I developed WAP version of the site intended for mobile access by physicians, created wml pages and wrote a lot of PHP scripts as well as many PL-SQL blocks for the Back-end system driven by Apache/PHP/Oracle 8i. Also I designed and developed a daemon that implemented many services such as source prescription composing/retrieving, faxing etc. The WEB-based part was developed in PHP language, many JScript scripts, Java (Visual J++) and Oracle/PL-SQL, also Visual C++ was used in the daemon subsystem.

DSD (Distributed Software Development Co, Moscow department) Programmer, Lead developer. DSD is Chicago (IL) based company which worked closely with Lucent and provided support for PSS (Palladium Safety System) a record management system. As programmer I performed all necessary development tasks, implemented great number of MRs (Modification Requests), and developed many PDRs (Program Development Requests). For example, I implemented "Crime Report" JD-CR-21 report forms for CA and FL -based customers (police departments). I significantly improved most of the interface components (comboboxes and grids) making them much more useful and convenient. Later on I was responsible for all development related to CA branch of the PSS software. Responsibilities included managing of all timelines for MRs, PDRs etc, and other project management tasks as well as development responsibilities.

04/97- 02/99 |
LIGHTNET COMPLEX (LIGHTNET CONSULTING since 06/98) Lead Programmer, Project Manager. As a Project Manager I worked with all the development team to define working processes and specifications and developed some solutions for the Treasury of Russian Federation. Also I participated in designing and implementing SQL databases. There were a lot of projects developed, the most large of them are: MIS designed to meet Treasury's financial accounting and analysis needs. This great client/server software suite provided unmatched level of functionality, performance, security and at the same time was very ease-of-use. Project was implemented using well-known OOA/OOP practices for both front-end and back-end. Another software product designed to support document flow for insurance companies. This Client/Server application was intended to simplify office work and allow users to fill-out, check-in, check-out, verify, view, track and process all the documents related to the business needs at all phases. |

MEDIANN Co CTO. Responsibilities included base network architecture and communications infrastructure design, schedule projections and management, analysing the end-users needs, demonstrations and training, and information technology researches. Configured and installed multiple network hardware devices including Cisco and 3COM routers, switches and hubs. Built and configured multiple network servers based on x86 hardware, set up Mylex RAID Controllers, storage subsystems etc, managed by HP OpenView software through SNMP and TCP/IP protocols. It was a time when my official work was not programming, nevertheless my background work allowed me to grow-up in software development as well. |

Development team Programmer. Designed and implemented software applications named AMSAT (registered tm of Kovert Ltd.), PULSE and LEUSHER respectively. Implementation included developing Windowed (just like windows 3.1 till 1995 and like windows 95 since 1995) windows shell, which alone consisted of more than 12000 lines of assembler and 45000 lines of Object Pascal, and applications themself which are roughly 70000 lines of Object Pascal each. Responsibilities included software designing, coding and debugging. I was alone among physicians who had deal with programs and computers. BTW time after time I implement some new features for AMSAT upon physician's requests till now. Now it is translated to English, French, Italian and many more other languages of West and Central Europe. System was successfully installed in many countries. Further information about AMSAT system is available at Kovert site System AMSAT has been granted a diploma at "23e SALON INTERNATIONAL DES INVERNTIONS. GENEVE 1995" |

MOSCOW STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Programmer. As a software developer I started with OMSI Pascal and C for PDP11-compatible computers. Designed and implemented number of modules for "NADIS", the software system in applied mathematics. I coded multiple mathematical algorithms such as FFT with complex numbers, regression, interpolation, extrapolation, correlation etc. Next generation of this software was implemented for IBM PC XT platform. It was time when I got good practice in higher mathematics area. |
